It is created by indie-developers Redamz who funds software through Patreon. There's elves, androids and other non-humans on the island and more of them show up out of no-where as the game's 'story' proceeds. Monster Girl Island is a 3D adventure game with some adult-only elements set in a secret place filled with unusual female inhabitants.
